Celebrating Easter

 Marijampolė Petro Armina Progymnasium, Lithuania, is inviting primary and secondary-school pupils to take part in their international online Easter competition which will be held from 1 until 25 March 2024.

The aim of the competition is to develop the creativity of pupils, to develop motivation for self-expression, and to promote cooperation between subject teachers and schools.

Before you send your pupils' 4 drawings (with 2-3 lines) or poems (8-12 lines) to konkursascelebratingeaster@gmail.com, register here from 1 until 20 March.

The winners will be announced after 29 March, but all the works will be exhibited on this site.

International Joint Class

 Seoul Metropolitan Office of Education is inviting overseas schools to take part in their International Joint Class Programme.

The purpose of the programme is to strengthen global competency and build friendship. It is interesting to know that in 2023, 198 schools from 18 countries around the world participated in this programme, and had the opportunity to understand each other's culture and form global friendships.

ESU National Public Speaking Competition

English-Speaking Union Serbia is inviting young people from Serbia, aged 16-20, to take part in the National Public Speaking Competition in English on 17 March in Belgrade:

This year's topic is There is nothing either good or bad but thinking makes it so, and the winner will qualify for the International Public Speaking Competition in London, from 13 till 17 May 2024.
