Tell Your Story

This March is another Be an Author Month for Book Creator dedicated to the celebration of the power of storytelling and student voice.

Students across the world are invited to share their personal stories in a book and win prizes. However, teachers should remix the provided templates, assign the books to their students, publish them and submit the hyperlinks to maximum 3 entries per school.

The judges will use their rubric to evaluate each book and select winners from 3 categories: Elementary (ages 5-9), Middle (ages 10-13) and High (ages 14-18).

Submission deadline: 5 April 2025.

Speak Your Kind

Born This Way Foundation’s Channel Kindness platform and The Great Kindness Challenge are launching Speak Your Kind - Share How Kindness Has Moved You — an initiative designed to amplify the power of kindness through youth storytelling.

This exciting campaign invites students aged 15-24 to share their unique and inspiring stories of kindness. Whether it’s a moment of generosity, compassion, or community support, every story has the power to make a difference.

This is a meaningful opportunity for young people to express themselves and share their unique stories. By opening up about their experiences, they’ll inspire others, foster connection, and spread kindness across the globe. Plus, as a way to honor and celebrate youth voices, eligible contributors with published stories will receive an appreciation payment of $50 from the Born This Way Foundation!

NPSC 2025

The English-Speaking Union Serbia is inviting young people from Serbia, aged 16-20, to take part in the National Public Speaking Competition in English.

This year's theme is We know what we are, but not what we may be (William Shakespeare), and the winner will qualify for the International Public Speaking Competition in London, from 12 to 17 May 2025.

If your students are interested in further developing their public speaking skills, encourage them to send their e-mail, along with their completed registration form and video to: ESU.Serbia@gmail.com.
